Our client, a trusted non-medical home care agency, is seeking a Remote Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and support the hiring process. This role requires experience with WellSky or similar home care scheduling platforms, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that client needs are met with timely, reliable care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule caregivers for all active and prospective home care clients using WellSky or similar system.
Resolve scheduling changes quickly and effectively due to caregiver or client needs.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date scheduling logs, calendars, and staffing records.
Monitor and document caregiver attendance, approved/unapproved absences, and shift updates.
Notify leadership promptly of any unresolved or escalated staffing issues.
Verify and reconcile timecards with schedules for payroll and billing purposes.
Process and document clock-ins and clock-outs for payroll accuracy.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee data.
May assist with virtual caregiver interviews, hiring, and onboarding; maintain digital employee files.
Participate in on-call rotation, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays (remote on-call).
Document all on-call activity and communicate updates to the team after each shift.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or healthcare staffing/scheduling.
Experience using WellSky, ClearCare, or similar scheduling software.
Must be able to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET).
Strong remote communication skills (email, phone, video conferencing).
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet remote workspace.
Ability to pass a background check.
